This South Cumbria and North Lancashire Branch will be a visit to a local manufacturing company for a site tour.
You will get an overview of the range of work activities on site and the site’s health and safety management systems. Get insights into particularly challenging safety problems and how they have been resolved.
PPE requirements for site visitors:
- Steel toe cap footwear to be worn from the car park
- Hi-Viz vest or jacket to be worn from car park
- Safety glasses
- Hearing protection (this will be provided)
Debbie Sumner, Health and Safety Manager at Pelta Medical Papers will be hosting the event. Debbie is an experienced health and safety professional and Branch committee member.
