Empowering women in rural Africa

The webinar supports World Day of Social Justice. It focuses on a project to support and empower women experiencing chronic harm in the informal economy in Ghana and Kenya.
Conditions sometimes led to malnutrition, child labour, sexual exploitation and early removal of girls from school.
The project seeks to make a difference to their lives by addressing workplace safety and health risks.
