Noise – adopting good practice to protect hearing

This meeting offers the chance to find out about the results of the Health and Safety Executive’s (HSE’s) noise inspection campaign. 

It will look at the industries which are struggling with controlling noise, but is of interest to all health and safety professionals.

The presentation includes an introduction to the CUFF acronym: Condition, Use, Fit (for the ear) and Fit (for purpose).

The speaker is Chris Steel, Principal Inspector for Noise and Vibration, HSE.
