Safety, Health and Wellbeing Live

18–19 June, Olympia London

We loved seeing so many of you at the Safety, Health and Wellbeing Live and Fire Safety Live London event. It was a great chance to meet others and learn from each other. Our sessions explored many of the challenges facing our profession, from fire safety to working at height. And we enjoyed the chance to celebrate the success of IOSH members and students at our graduation ceremony.

“If we want to keep evolving as a profession, we’ve got to be outward-looking. That means learning from other disciplines – psychology, human factors, systems thinking. It means being open to challenge, to new ideas, to different perspectives.”

And I think that’s where the profession is going. It’s not just compliance anymore – it’s leadership, empathy, and being part of the bigger conversations in business.”
