Learn more about the basic scaffolding requirements and what is legally required to stay within the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations.
This Mid Shires event will include a demonstration by Smartscaff and Smart Inspector covering:
- the basic designed scaffold – includes a practical demonstration of scaffold towers,
- scaffold quality and inspection (SG35) guidance on the handover of scaffolds,
- legal requirements to carry out inspections,
- weight requirements of scaffolding,
- unauthorized modifications to scaffold structures (SG:36),
- a brief discussion on temporary works on scaffolds.
Joined by Roy Rogers, Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) and Energy Director at Enigma-IS.
