IOSH Annual General Meeting 2021 - save the date

Where did the summer go? You know you’re heading into winter when you start to make plans for the IOSH AGM. This year’s AGM will take place virtually on Tuesday 16 November at 13:00 (GMT). Members will shortly receive the official notice of the Meeting by email, along with details of how to register. For now, please save the date in your diary!

A reminder, the purpose of the AGM is to: review and consider the Annual Report, confirm the Immediate Past President and President for the next year, and to confirm the appointment of members of Council elected by the membership or appointed by Council since the last AGM.

It is also to approve the appointment of the auditors and the President Elect for the next year, and to approve the appointment of Vice-Presidents. There will be a chance to hear from the Chair of the Board of Trustees and any member may attend and speak (virtually) at the AGM so please feel encouraged to come along.

Presidential handover to be live streamed

Shortly following the AGM we’ll be live streaming the handover of IOSH Presidency from current President, Jimmy Quinn, to incoming President, Louise Hosking. There’s no need to register for this event simply join us on our YouTube channel to view our celebration of Jimmy’s Presidential year and an overview of Louise’s ambitions for the year ahead.

We hope you can join us.
