Matt Hall will begin the presentation on safety culture. He works as a lead safety auditor for Rolls-Royce. Matt moved into safety from operations after being affected by a fatality at work. He talks us through ways to influence senior managers while also attempting to improve the safety culture of an organisation and building trust with those ‘at the coal face’. He has visited 122 countries.

Syed Mazhar will continue the discussion about safety culture. Syed has over 18 years’ safety and health experience, including for world-known organisations in the Middle East. He is a chartered safety professional and authorised trainer and assessor for IOSH.
