IOSH is an event partner at the upcoming Health & Wellbeing at Work Expo 2025. The two-day event is dedicated to cultivating authentic change in workplace health, wellbeing, culture and safety. It has an unparalleled conference programme with a selection of 150+ cutting-edge solutions and services providers.
IOSH will be hosting two speaking sessions during the expo, focusing on health and wellbeing.

IOSH colleagues from across the business will be on stand 109 to discuss business development opportunities, how to make the most of your membership, and provide support and advice on:
- continuing professional development (CPD) and using Blueprint to log your CPD
- professional development assessment (PDA) for progression to Chartered membership
- supporting the profession by becoming an IOSH mentor
- our training products and how to become a trainer.

IOSH will host speaking sessions throughout the expo focused on health, safety and wellbeing.
The Emotional Overdraft – Tuesday 11 March, 11:30 GMT
Leadership coach Andy Brown will share key themes from The Emotional Overdraft, including managing stress, decision-making under pressure and building resilience in business without ‘overworking and under-living’. Whether on a podcast, in a boardroom or on stage, Andy’s message is clear: leaders can thrive without sacrificing their wellbeing, allowing their businesses to succeed sustainably.
Practical experience of MSD management through good risk evaluation – Tuesday 11 March, 14:00 GMT
In this session, physiotherapist Katie Knapton will explore how effective risk evaluation can reduce musculo-skeletal disorder risks. Through practical insights, learn how to identify early warning signs, assess ergonomic risks and implement proactive strategies to prevent injuries.
Building and managing psychosocially resilient and sustainable work – Wednesday 12 March, 12:45 GMT
The UK’s new government is introducing policies to ‘get Britain working’. These will need to tackle how employees’ effectiveness at work is hampered by poor physical and mental health. Find out from IOSH Vice-President Michelle Stonley how occupational safety and health professionals can partner effectively with other professionals to assess and address psychosocial risks. This can help lay better foundations for mental health and wellness to enable our workplaces to be healthy, resilient and more sustainable.
