We’ve just published our impact report for 2023-2024. It looks back on the achievements of the first year of our strategy, Activate 2028. It was a tremendous year.
For anyone meeting IOSH for the first time, the impact report gives a two-minute digest of how our work made a difference.
It presents a cross-section of
- the sorts of activities we carried out
- the kinds of organisations we worked with and influenced
- the effect we had on our various audiences.
Those who are closer to IOSH will be able to see how we are progressing, in terms of
- our membership numbers and engagement
- the vibrancy of our branches and sector groups
- the improving professional status of our members
- new processes preparing us for the future.
We’re immensely proud of the ways in which our members support each other in their professional development, by mentoring and passing on their experience. And we salute our volunteers, who enrich the occupational safety and health profession through their passion and commitment.
It’s rewarding to reflect on our accomplishments, our growing influence internationally and our increasing thought leadership activities. But we are also striving to go further, in our own internal practices and actions as well as in our external achievements.
