All Networks are supported by either a Networks Development Manager/Regional Development Manager (branch) or a Relationship Manager (group). They work with a number of committees, providing advice, guidance and support and helping “make things happen” for our branch and group committees. It is a vital role for the effective functioning of the committee. Successful committees include their Networks Development Manager/Regional Development Manager or Relationship Manager as an equal partner within the committee, creating space for best practice and idea sharing, and listening to the advice and guidance they are given.
