Renewing your membership

Renewing your membership with us is simple! You can do this by:

  • Contacting our Customer Service Centre – please call +44 (0)116 257 3198 or email CSC@iosh.com to speak to the team.
  • Logging in to MyIOSH on our old website (log in button is in the top right corner)

As your professional body we’re here to support you as an OSH professional by providing advice, information, and guidance throughout your career. How can I update my membership/profile details?

You are able to update your membership details online, these include:

  • Address (home)
  • Email (home and work)
  • Phone / Mobile (home and work)

If you would like update any other details like work information, please email our Customer service team or call +44 (0)116 257 3198.


How can I change membership categories?

If you've recently completed one of the qualifications we accredit and think you may be able to change your category of membership, then we recommend making an application to change category.

If you would like us to check whether your qualifications and experience meet the requirements for Associate, Technical or Graduate membership, please send a copy of your CV to membership@iosh.com explaining your health and safety experience along with your certificates for any relevant qualifications so we can check that they meet our criteria. Please do not send us original documents – good quality copies are acceptable. We will let you know the outcome within six working weeks of receipt.

Remember, you can use our qualifications area to check which courses meet the academic requirements for Associate/Technical (AIOSH/Tech IOSH) and Graduate (Grad IOSH) membership.
