Electrical safety

The IOSH Food and Drink Group Electrical safety training package provides a valuable training resource for operatives, managers and electricians working in the food and drink industry.

This training package provides you with a film, supporting guidance materials, toolbox talks and evaluation sheets. The film aims to raise awareness of electrical hazards and associated controls in various environments.

The shocking message in the film highlights the dangers that we face every day but sometimes take for granted. It also discusses how to prevent accidents through treating electrical hazards with the care they deserve.

This free training package can be used by safety practitioners and others to raise awareness of the risks of electricity in an often challenging environment.
