Leadership and Culture

This extremely successful event was attended by 78 members of IOSH and the topic continues to be a popular one with members.

The event covered some interesting and diverse case studies which demonstrated the extent of the speakers’ expertise.

This expertise was further demonstrated through a look at Culture and Behaviour - The positive effects of good leadership on health and safety performance and how effective leadership can influence behaviour and culture.

This is the second time that the team from Capital People have addressed the branch and again they brought a high level of professionalism to this topic backed up by their considerable experience and knowledge of it.

During the event we were able to advise the attendees on how the importance of the topic dovetails directly into the New IOSH Competency Framework which is due for release in the forthcoming months.
