Achieving BS45001 The Occupational Health & Safety Management Standard
This extremely successful event was attended by over 75 branch members held in collaboration with our alliance partners at the South and West Wales safety Group. Which once again demonstrated the influence that collaboration between Occupational Safety and Health Practitioners can have in the promotion of Positive Occupational Safety & Health #POSH
We would like to thank Denise Phillips, Chief Executive of the Welsh Quality Centre, for her presentation covering a lot of detail and valuable information and guidance on the transition from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001.
The presentation showed the extent of the speaker’s expertise along with the strength of the branch and the continued interest in our programme and the topic continues to be a popular one with members.
We would also like to thank Jo Howcroft from BSI for attending and supporting the event as well as providing literature on ISO45001 for our delegates to take away along with the wealth of electronic literature provided for our members.
Jo Has also very kindly provided a link to an on-demand webinar that our members should find useful.
We are delighted with the level of engagement of our members who stayed on to discuss their membership Development with our committee members who were able to coach, guide and answer queries that were posed to them.
