Branches and Groups

IOSH and the global health and safety community

We have branches and districts around the globe, supported and driven by committees of member volunteers. Our network of branches strengthens the relationship between IOSH and the global health and safety community at a local level.

We also have 18 industry-specific groups, supported and driven by committees of member volunteers. These groups bring together members with a shared interest or specialist area, to network and exchange information.

Volunteer-led webinars and recordings

Our branches and groups regularly run virtual speaker meetings and webinars on a range of OSH topics and industry specific issues. Click on the links below to view upcoming webinars and events or the recordings from previous webinars.

Make the world of work a safer place by joining a branch, district or section committee

Executive Committees are the driving force behind branches and districts. By volunteering on an Executive Committee you will be supporting other members and promoting IOSH’s vision of a safer and healthier world of work.

Volunteering activity can also help you as it can contribute to continuing professional development and it’s a great way of building professional contacts. And of course, you can learn and develop skills that may be beneficial in other areas of your life.

Branches, districts and sections need volunteers to sit on their Executive Committees. If you would you like to be a part of a committee take a look at the current vacancies, nominations and election process.
