Session 1: Biological safety and facility tour
Presenter: Chloe Ward BSc (Hons), Biological Safety Officer, Teesside University
This session features:
- a guided tour of the state-of-the-art Bios facility
- insights into biological safety practices
- immersive simulation suites.
You’ll get a look inside different areas of the facility, including:
- operating theatres
- digital anatomy
- oral health, food science, and biology labs
- clinical hospital ward.
Session 2: Coaching for health and safety professionals
Presenter: Michael Emery CMIOSH
Michael delivers a taster from the IOSH-approved Coaching for Safety course. Discover how coaching techniques can empower health and safety professionals to better support managers and teams.
