Summary
We’re delighted to join the Association of Project Management (APM) at their event aimed at anyone with an interest in human factors.
Come along and find out about:
- what human factors are and how they might impact performance at work, no matter the task or industry
- human factors basic incident investigation principles
- biases in investigations and how to avoid them
- questions and how to use them.
Incidents can occur in any industry and at any level of severity. It is in every organisation’s best interest to understand their causes to help prevent recurrence.
While there are many methods used to identify the root causes of incidents, the role of human factors is often overlooked. Recognising and understanding these principles can improve the quality of incident investigations and promote a stronger focus on the people within an organisation.
Who should attend?
This free event is open to members and non-members.
