Summary
Use free and readily accessible digital and artificial intelligence (AI) tools simplify, digitalise and automate your health and safety management system.
Peter Jenkins (Lead Facilitator at Simple Foundry) introduces this interactive, in-person workshop for all levels of experience in AI and digital tools.
Learn how to:
- create and use effective prompts for generative pre-trained transformers (GPTs) and large language models (LLMs)
- create a bespoke health and safety dashboard for your local, regional, national or global business
- explore that dashboard in a free app that can be created without leaving Microsoft
- design two visual assets that you can use in your new app
- create an automated email for users of your app that is ‘on-brand’ for your business
- digitalise a paper-based process, to auto-populate a spreadsheet, send a personalised email to a self-generated user-list and save the submission into a shared folder.
It will be possible to address your AI and safety technology challenges directly.
To get the most out of the session, it is recommended (but not essential) that you bring your laptop. All content will be shared post-workshop for continued access.
