From reaction to prevention

Workplace stress and burnout

Type
Webinar

Some of the most critical challenges affecting productivity, morale and the overall health of employees are stress and burnout in the workplace.

This is the first of our three-part webinar series on mental health.

This session focuses on shifting from reactive crisis management to proactive prevention strategies that can make a difference.

To make high-pressure working environments healthier and more sustainable, it is important to take a proactive approach to workplace wellbeing. A positive step involves recognising and addressing stress before it escalates.

The webinar will empower OSH practitioners to help identify the root causes of burnout, implement preventative measures and foster a culture that prioritises mental health.

IOSH President Kelly Nicoll facilitates this “in conversation” session.

She is joined by Karl Bennett of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association.

This event is open to IOSH members and non-members.
