Complying with building regulations

This Merseyside Branch event will explore the latest updates to the building regulations dutyholder requirements.

This event will provide valuable insights into how organisations can meet the new legal requirements by demonstrating capability through robust competence management. The Building Regulations 2010 require:

• individuals to have the necessary skills knowledge, experience and behaviours
• organisations to have the organisational capability to fulfil their duties under the Regulations.
