Summary
Join us for an engaging session on reducing or eliminating hand injuries.
The speaker will present a compelling case for a mindset shift on common views of hand protection. Starting with an overview of the most frequent causes of hand injuries, the meeting looks at the hand safety approach of glove manufacturer STALSEN.
The speaker will examine how adopting the EN 388 standard for protective gloves against mechanical risk will improve hand safety. Finally we review the technical properties of gloves and an explanation of traditional misconceptions.
Speaker Patrick Tydeman has 35 years of experience in health and safety. He specialises in assisting large UK and European organisations to develop health and safety solutions that reduce hand injuries.
Whether you’re responsible for health and safety or simply interested in improving workplace protection, you’ll value insights and practical knowledge to enhance safety outcomes.
