Managing temporary workers
Support your temporary workers’ health and safety
With many contracted workers taking time off because of extra precautions and anxiety that Covid-19 has caused, some organisations are employing temporary workers to cover production and working capacity.
Among organisations relying on this, are charities taking on volunteers to cover staff shortages, food manufacturers and suppliers, medical suppliers and manufacturers including those diverting use of their premises to create PPE and RPE.
It is vital that temporary employees are assured that their managers and leaders are looking after their safety, health and wellbeing during this important time.
This e-learning taster course provides you with the essential measures you need to have in place to look after temporary workers’ safety and health.
