Breaches of the Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct helps members demonstrate their professional value and reliability through high standards. We may investigate apparent or alleged non-compliance with the code. We will publish notice of appeal committee hearings and details of previous outcomes here.

There are no upcoming hearings or disciplinary decisions to publish at present. 

Where the disciplinary committee has decided to publish details of a disciplinary case, every care has been taken to identify members correctly. Please contact the Governance Team if there is any doubt about the identity of the member who may have been the subject of disciplinary proceedings and in relation to whom a report has been published.
