Nominations Committee
The Nominations Committee has an important role in helping us recruit to key positions in our governance structure.
The committee makes sure that we:
- appoint the most suitable candidates, and
- recruit through open, fair and professional processes.
This includes making recommendations to Council for positions such as:
- member and independent Trustees
- independent Chair of the Board of Trustees
- members of Board committees
- co-opted Council members.
The committee also oversees recruitment and elections for our Council, Vice-President and President-Elect.
