Before you start

You need about five to 10 minutes to complete this application form.

It’s fine if you are not an IOSH member, but before we can confirm your qualification start date, you must apply for membership.

You’ll need to have the following documents ready to upload:

• proof of ID (for example, passport, national ID card, driver’s licence)
• your CV/résumé
• occupational safety and health qualification certificates
• English language certificates (for example, IELTS certificate), if applicable.
