Stress, busy minds and negative thoughts can impact our ability to focus and function effectively in and out of work.
The two-day Mindfulness course teaches you techniques to be ‘in the moment’. It helps you to reduce stress, look after your mental wellbeing, improve interpersonal skills and establish a productive work-life balance.
Interactive, instructor-led sessions cover subjects such as meditation, self-care, understanding thoughts and feelings, and managing emotional reactions.
