Join us for an engaging session on the management of change. We will explore how technical, organisational and administrative changes can affect safety and how to manage these changes effectively.

This community event will assist health and safety practitioners in:

• discovering the essentials of the management of change process
• examining how changes in personnel, processes and technology can affect safety
• learning strategies to prevent incidents and ensure safe, effective transitions.
