Applying E-Colours in safety conversations

This is the second of a three-session series. The first two sessions are online, and the third brings all the learning together at an in-person event at Old Trafford in Manchester.

Having introduced the E-Colours personality diversity indicator in the first session, we now deepen our awareness of the tool.

E-Colours is the only personality diversity indicator founded in safety. It focuses on understanding individual personality tendencies to improve teamwork, communication and, ultimately, safety.

To get the most out of the month’s sessions, the first step is to find out your own personality style via the 15-minute E-Colours questionnaire.

The Community strongly encourages participants to attend all three sessions. Each session develops greater familiarity and competence with the use of the E-Colours tool.
