Speaking up for safety with E-Colours

In the first two sessions of the series, we introduced and developed our awareness of the E-Colours tool. We now take an in-depth look at personality styles and the inherent challenges involved in speaking up for safety.

E-Colours, also known as the E-Colours Personality Diversity Indicator, is a tool used to enhance communication and safety in various settings, particularly in high-risk industries.

It is the only personality diversity indicator founded in safety. It focuses on understanding individual personality tendencies to improve teamwork, communication and, ultimately, safety.

To get the most out of the month’s sessions, the first step is to find out your own personality style via the 15-minute E-Colours questionnaire.

We strongly encourages participants to attend all three sessions. Each session develops greater familiarity and competence with the use of the E-Colours tool.
