Join our South Cumbria and North Lancashire Community for a session exploring how to support new entrants to occupational safety and health.

You’ll learn:

• why occupational safety and health is rarely a first-choice career
• barriers to entry and how to overcome them
• the value of apprenticeships and diverse career paths
• real-life insights from aspiring professionals.

This session is led by Charlotte Langley, IOSH Education Engagement Co-ordinator. Charlotte is joined by apprentice Sarah Jones.

It’s a great opportunity to rethink how we engage new talent and open up the profession to all ages.
