Digital portal guidance

These videos cover everything you need to know on how to use our digital portal. There’s seven short chapters covering topics such as how to register courses and your delegates, and how to order and issue digital documents.

Email our support team if you need further help with using the digital portal.

Other system guidance

You’ll be able to use our new training provider portal to buy and issue digital workbooks and certificates to each delegate from early 2026. Check you’re ready to make the switch and register today.

Promoting your training courses

Marketing guidelines

We provide each of our licensed training providers with a unique IOSH logo, which includes an approved centre number. This is for use on your course promotional materials, including your website.

The logo must not be used as a general endorsement of your company or courses. It can only appear alongside the IOSH-licensed training courses you offer.

Marketing posters

You can download and edit these co-branded posters to add your training provider details. Use the digital versions for any digital marketing and the print versions for any physical copies you want to display.
