Register as a digital training provider

Offering delegates digital workbooks and certificates is cost-effective and time-efficient. There are no delivery delays or international shipping fees. Our digital documents meet the same quality standards as hardcopy. They're stored on a secure digital platform.

Before registering for digital, check you meet the following requirements:

  1. Every delegate needs a unique email address so digital workbooks and certificates can be assigned correctly.

  2. The system works best when workbooks and certificates are sent directly to individual delegates, rather than to a third-party course booker. You'll control when delegates receive their certificates, and third parties can connect later via delegate invitation.

If you issue certificates to third-party bookers, you can still use the digital system by manually downloading and forwarding certificates. Or delegates can invite third parties to connect to their portal account later.

Using this form to register means you can start issuing digital documents to your delegates when our new training provider portal launches in early 2026.

If your training provider needs to start issuing digital workbooks and certificates sooner, you must commit to issuing all documents digitally. You cannot mix digital and hard copy until early 2026. The new training provider portal launches then. At that point, all providers registered for digital will be able to mix formats for each delegate.

Do not use this form if you need to start issuing digital documents before the new training provider portal goes live. Instead, please check your eligibility and then follow the on-screen instructions to make your request.
