Equality, diversity and inclusion education

Be part of a collaborative session focused on practical ways to reduce absence and strengthen employee wellbeing. We’ll share insights and approaches that support a healthier working environment.

• how to understand equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and the Equality Act
• how to recognise and tackle discrimination in the workplace
• practical ways to embed inclusion into everyday working practices
• the importance of allyship and how to support others effectively
• an overview of Liverpool FC’s Red Together programme.

This session is led by speakers from Liverpool FC’s Impact Team.

It’s a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of EDI, reflect on your role in creating inclusive environments and gain practical tools.
