Take part in an engaging session in York focused on improving wellbeing at work, featuring open discussion and shared experiences around mental health.

You’ll learn:

  • why talking about mental health at work matters
  • the impact of men’s mental health on the workplace
  • how early support and open conversations can help save lives.

This session is delivered with Andy’s Man Club, a leading men’s suicide prevention charity offering free peer-to-peer support groups across the UK. 

You’ll also have the chance to reflect, ask questions and engage with an issue that affects us all.
