This is an overview of the basic elements of welfare provision. It includes facilities which are necessary for the health and wellbeing of workers. Some workers may have specific social and cultural requirements when it comes to arranging facilities. Organisations can agree a plan and work out what actions to take, by talking to individuals this may apply to.
