East Anglia Branch

Date
04 March 2025
Type
Event
Venue
East Coast Energy Training Academy, Rotterdam Road, Lowestoft, NR32 2PJ

This event will commence with a welcome from a representative of the IOSH East Anglia Branch. It will be followed by a presentation by IOSH President Kelly Nicoll, focussing on one of her presidential themes: working at height.

The afternoon will consist of practical demonstrations and break-out sessions, showcasing equipment such as:

  • IRATA equipment – rope access and work at height tower
  • ladder access – designed for pilot and offshore training
  • scaffolding demonstrations – delivered by Suffolk Fire and Rescue Services.

We are excited to have such a dynamic mix of practical elements and a presentation from Kelly. We hope participants will enjoy practical experience of some awesome work at height training equipment at East Coast College and a thought-provoking presentation from Kelly. There will be an opportunity to meet and network with local health and safety professionals.

If you wish to take part in (optional) practical demonstrations, please wear suitable clothing.

This event is open to members and non-members.
