Take part in a practical farm visit exploring ways to support emotional wellbeing, develop self-awareness and connect with horses in a calm outdoor setting.
You’ll learn:
- how to build self-confidence and reduce anxiety in a supportive environment
- techniques to improve overall wellbeing and self-awareness
- how safe interaction with horses can encourage reflection and personal growth.
This session is designed for anyone looking to make positive, lasting changes, as well as members who are comfortable being around horses.
It’s a great opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, both physically and emotionally. This supportive setting promotes awareness, reflection and personal development.
