Summary
Take part in a session that delves into the role of inner dialogue in guiding actions, assessing risk and leading others with confidence.
You’ll learn:
- how self‑talk influences everyday choices
- why leaders speak up or walk past
- what drives unnecessary risk‑taking at work.
This session is led by performance psychologist Darren Sutton. Darren is the founder of Behavioural Safety Services and Training, and creator of the IOSH‑accredited Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety programme.
It’s a great chance to deepen your understanding of human behaviour in safety and ask questions.
