Join us in Glasgow for an engaging event on mountain rescue and keeping safe in the mountains.
You’ll learn:
- how Scottish Mountain Rescue and Mountaineering Scotland work together to keep people safe
- what the data reveals about the real risks of mountaineering
- essential rules, regulations and practical safety tips for mountain environments.
This session is led by Ross Cadie, Senior Mountain Safety Advisor with Mountaineering Scotland and Team Leader with Arrochar Mountain Rescue Team.
It’s a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of mountain rescue operations. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and gain confidence in staying safe in Scotland’s challenging and beautiful mountains.
