Experience a dynamic, hands‑on session in Hull where you’ll follow a fictional workplace incident from investigation to courtroom decision. It’s your chance to gain insight into how health and safety breaches are examined by legal professionals.
You’ll experience:
- how prosecution and defence present evidence in a criminal trial
- what a jury must consider before reaching a verdict
- the real-world consequences of workplace incidents.
Led by experienced facilitators, this interactive session places you in the role of a juror. You will review testimonies, examine key arguments and decide the outcome: guilty or not guilty. No legal knowledge required.
