Mental health first aid workshop

Be part of an informal morning event to help you recharge, build mental wellbeing awareness and explore supportive everyday practices.

You’ll experience:

• guided activities to build confidence in mental health conversations
• supportive, facilitated discussion in a safe and welcoming group
• practical tools for looking after yourself and those you support
• time to connect over coffee in a relaxed, friendly environment.

This session is for occupational safety and health colleagues who support employees and stakeholders, providing the trust and presence needed for genuine mental health conversations.
