Join us in Glasgow for a participatory session exploring how to foster positive, healthy working environments through thoughtful, people‑centred leadership.
You’ll learn:
- what wellbeing‑centred leadership looks like
- why it matters and the impact it can have
- how to embed wellbeing into culture and strategy
- key skills including psychological safety, emotional intelligence and effective listening
This session is led by Amy McDonald and Angus Robinson from Headtorch, who will share practical insights on creating environments where people feel safe, supported and able to thrive.
