Take part in an online session focused on practical techniques for strengthening your ability to cope with challenges and adapt to change.

You’ll learn:

  • practical techniques to strengthen your emotional resilience
  • simple activities you can use straight away
  • tips to support your mental and emotional wellbeing.

This session is led by wellbeing specialist Suzanne Pugh, a UK freediving champion who has represented Great Britain at four world championships. She is also an advanced hypnotherapist, reiki master practitioner and yoga teacher.

It’s a great opportunity to develop practical skills, gain expert insight and build confidence in supporting your own wellbeing.

This free event is open to IOSH members and non-members.
