Strategic leadership in occupational safety and health
This workshop will explore the role of strategic leadership in enhancing occupational safety and health. Participants will learn how to align health and safety goals with business objectives, foster a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement. The session will focus on how leaders can influence behaviour, manage risk and empower employees to take ownership of safety. It will provide practical tools for creating a safer work environment.

- how to assess their organisations’ health and safety performance using models like Embryonic or Integrated
- how to develop strategies to manage risks and empower employees to take ownership of their and others’ health and safety
- how to create a personal action with measurable goals to enhance health and safety leadership
