Understanding the BSI guidelines on menopause

The BSI standard, ‘Menstruation, menstrual health and menopause in the workplace. Guide’, provides recommendations and practical guidance. Although it is a UK national standard, it has a global relevance and has been downloaded in over 70 countries.

Speakers from the BSI technical committee explore workplace strategies to improve the experience of workers who are approaching or are in the course of menopause. They explain how employers and health and safety professionals should use the BSI guidelines.
