MENTUPP (Mental Health Promotion and Intervention in Occupational Settings) is a Horizon 2020 European-funded project. It is run by an international consortium of experts in mental health, suicide prevention, depression, stigma, occupational health, implementation science and health economics. It is developing, implementing and evaluating a multi-level intervention to promote mental wellbeing in the workplace. It addresses both clinical (depression and anxiety disorders) and non-clinical mental health issues (stress, burn-out, wellbeing, depressive symptoms). One of its aims is to reduce associated stigma in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

Host: Dr Karen Michell, IOSH Research Programme Lead

  • Professor Ella Arensman, Research Professor and Head of School of Public Health and Chief Scientist, National Suicide Research Foundation, University College Cork
  • Professor Chantal Van Audenhove, PhD (Clinical Psychology)
