MTS Cleansing Services Ltd, as a fleet company, has focused heavily on reducing the cancer causing diesel engine exhaust emissions from its vehicles.
As part of continuous improvement, the company reviewed workplace exposure to diesel fumes. This highlighted that due to the nature of work undertaken, many staff could be affected.
Through focused modernisation of its fleet, locating vehicles proactively to reduce emissions and making upgrades to the ventilation in the workshops, MTS Cleansing Services Ltd has reduced the risk to all its staff and customers from exposure to diesel fumes.
