Welcome from the Chair

IOSH Bristol and West Branch have once again developed a programme of events from a spectrum of health and safety areas for 2021-22. Non-members are welcome to attend meetings, so if you know someone who might be interested, please do encourage them to come along. You can meet up with professionals and practitioners at all stages in their careers and from the many industries and sectors present in our region.

Whilst most of our members prefer physical meetings, we’re having to hold some as virtual meetings because of Covid19. The changing situation with Covid 19 has meant that we are having to be quite flexible and some meetings may change from being physical to virtual. Please refer to the IOSH Bristol and West webpage.

We continue to support professional progression for members of the institute by providing time after meetings for members to use the facilities to work on IPD and CPD, often with one-to-one support from specific branch members. I hope you enjoy our programme and on behalf of the committee and all regular attendees say that we look forward to seeing you at future meetings and events, helping each other develop and shape the OSH profession in our region.
