Summary

Join us in person to explore practical approaches to creating safer, healthier workplaces through effective risk management.

You'll learn:

  • why wellbeing initiatives alone may not address the root causes of workplace harm
  • the impact of poor job design, excessive workloads and unclear roles and responsibilities
  • practical actions organisations can take to create healthier, safer and more sustainable workplaces

This session will explore the findings of the White Paper and encourage discussion around what truly makes a difference to workers' health, safety and wellbeing.

Following the presentation, you'll have the opportunity to join a guided walk through the Alton Towers Christmas Lights with Angela Roberts, Health and Safety Director at Alton Towers. It's a great opportunity to learn, share ideas, network with fellow members and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
