The Catch the Wave campaign is exploring how the fundamentals of good OSH can contribute to socially sustainable businesses. In our second webinar in the series we are taking a step back and starting with the foundational element of the workplace, exploring what it takes to create safe workplaces, and how to ensure they stay safe. After all, safe workplaces enable the people within them to thrive.

This session will tackle the roots of occupational safety and health in the workplace, and the foundations with which you make your place of work safe and a healthy, productive focal point. What exactly safe means varies from one organisation or industry to another. Therein lies a great importance on the language, principles and practices we use.

The goal of good OSH is not only a safe and healthy workplace in itself; it is also about how the outcomes of those conditions can help a business in the long-term by keeping workers happy, engaged, productive and committed.

Hosting this, Lawrence Webb, President Elect of IOSH, will be joined by an expert panel as they discuss workplace safety and strip the complex language of social sustainability back to basics.

Join us and continue to Catch the Wave with IOSH
