IOSH West Africa Conference: Shaping the Future of Occupational Safety and Health in West Africa

Over the conference’s two days, the programme will include interactive workshops, panel discussions and keynote presentations. They will demonstrate the value and contribution of OSH to business and the economy. They will make the case that in order to achieve long-term profitability, businesses – large and small – must invest in sustainable work practices that protect and nurture their workers. They will also explain what OSH professionals can do to make the most of their pivotal role to effect lasting change.

Leaving the Armed Forces is often the most difficult and distressing part of the transition phase for a service leaver. Receive advice and hear first-person accounts from a varied and experienced panel to support your new journey into an OSH career. The IOSH Armed Forces & Veterans Group, and the IOSH Future Leaders Community will be bringing together a panel to discuss the transition from the Armed Forces, including planning, networking and breaking into the OSH profession, with a focus on early development and the support on offer.
